Workload peaks
We assess batches you would like to outsource when your filling or packaging department is busy.
DKLAB · CONTRACT FILLING & PACKAGING
You develop the product. We complete the process.
We support laboratories that formulate and manufacture bulk products by handling the agreed filling and packaging stages. Support for individual batches, workload peaks and recurring production.

WHEN WE CAN HELP
We assess batches you would like to outsource when your filling or packaging department is busy.
Share the format and operations you need: we assess work you do not handle in-house, including aluminium tubes.
We can assess an ongoing arrangement for repeat orders and SKUs, agreeing working methods and scheduling together.
THE SCOPE OF OUR PARTNERSHIP
From your specifications to the packaged batch.
Your bulk product and chosen components are our starting point. Together we define filling, packaging and finishing through to batch preparation. The quotation identifies the operations assigned to DKLab and the agreed checks.

A SIMPLE START. A CLEAR AGREEMENT.
The initial assessment checks whether the product, format and timing are compatible. From there, we define any trial, quotation and processing schedule.
For confidential projects, we first agree what information to exchange and any confidentiality terms.
SKUs, quantities, expected frequency and operations to outsource.
Bulk characteristics, containers, components and inspection specifications.
Material availability, requested dates and a schedule to agree.
An initial batch or a recurring plan, according to project needs.
FOR THE INITIAL ASSESSMENT
Bulk product type, container, closure and materials already available.
Units per SKU, number of SKUs and required operations.
Requested date and whether the project is one-off or recurring.
A CLEAR SCOPE
| Topic | Information from your laboratory | To agree with DKLab |

| Bulk and components | Product type, quantity, containers and closures | Processing compatibility and materials required |
| Operations | Stages to outsource and expected result | Filling, packaging, finishing and included checks |
| Batches and records | Material identification and technical specifications | Traceability and processing records |
| Production planning | Material availability and requested dates | Scheduling, delivery and potential repeat orders |
The partnership covers the agreed operations. Technical requirements, material supply and each party's responsibilities are defined before work begins.
LABORATORY QUESTIONS
Yes. The project can cover filling, packaging or a combination of operations. The scope is defined in the quotation.
Customer-supplied materials are welcome. Before dispatch, we agree specifications, quantities, batch identification and delivery arrangements.
We can assess both individual projects and recurring requirements. Quantities, scheduling and terms are agreed according to the work involved.
For an initial discussion, you can describe production needs without naming the end brand. Any information required for processing will be agreed later.
