DKLAB · CONTRACT FILLING
Your product. In the right format.
We fill creams, serums, gels, lotions and oils for cosmetic brands and laboratories. Starting with your bulk product and chosen components, we assess a process suited to your product, format and quantities.

PRODUCT, CONTAINER, PROCESS
A cream in a jar and an oil in a bottle need different assessments. We review the product, fill quantity, closure and subsequent operations before defining the work.
| Item | What we assess together | What you can send us |
|---|---|---|
| Product | Characteristics of creams, serums, gels, lotions and oils; feasibility for other product types | Bulk product description and technical data sheet |
| Container | Bottles, jars and aluminium tubes; compatibility of closures and components | Photograph, technical drawing or sample |
| Format | Container capacity and nominal fill quantity, within the 6 ml to 5 L range | Required volume or weight |
| Batch | Quantity per SKU and required operations | Estimated units and number of variants |
This range does not mean that every product can be processed in every container: each combination is assessed for the specific project.

BOTTLES, JARS AND TUBES · COORDINATED OPERATIONS
One operation or several coordinated stages.
From the filled container to the cartoned product, we define the operations needed for bottles, jars and aluminium tubes. Weight, packaging integrity and visual checks accompany the agreed work, with batch identification maintained throughout.
ALUMINIUM TUBES
We fill aluminium tubes for cosmetic products. To assess the work, we need tube dimensions, fill weight, cap type and bulk product characteristics. Batch coding, cartoning and other finishing operations can be included as required.
